I sculpted the Octopus tentacle and painted it in metallic gloss paint. The gears, chains, dried moss and other adornments are firmly secured and very durable. I grew up in Fairbanks until the age of 11yrs. It was an experience that, in retrospect, I wouldn't change for anything! There is something very special, and indeed magical about living that close to the land and it's people (for me, the Klinkut and the Tanana) 24yrs later, those short 11yrs are still held deep within my most precious part of my soul!
